Leverage Devotional For Today Message:

The Word of God teaches that the mystery that was hidden from ages and generations past but which has now been revealed to us is ‘Christ in believers, the hope of glory’ (Colossians 1:27). The fact that it was hidden from generations past and it is now being revealed to us reveals two main points: first, this revelation is valuable (nobody hides what is not valuable) and second, it is meant for our dispensation and our glory. It is apparent that this ‘Christ in the believer’ revelation is the climax of this generation. Nothing can be better; nothing can be greater than it. The revelation of Christ in the believer is God’s best plan for humanity. It brings God home to us and brings us home to Him. It brings about an organic homogenous oneness between God and man. It is the union of God and man in its perfection. How? Christ is the Anointed One.

You see, when Jesus was born, He was born a Man. He then had the Holy Spirit come upon Him at river Jordan, and He became the Man anointed with God (the Holy Spirit); He became the Anointed One (Acts 10:38; Luke 4:18-19). Now, as the Anointed One, He can function both as Man and as God without any deficiency. This is the mystery of ‘Christ in the believer’ that has been revealed to us. Now, through the fellowship of this revelation, the believer can function in the capacity of God as much as he does in the capacity of man. Amazing, right? This revelation gets clearer as the Church fellowships with Jesus Christ – the Head of the Church. This fellowship must be an ongoing one forever until it is natural to be God as it is to be a man.

MY SOLID FRONT (CONFESSION)
Father, I thank You because Christ in me is the hope of glory. As I fellowship with you daily, Christ is being formed in me. You and I become one, inseparable, in Jesus’ Name. AMEN.
