The Leverage Devotional by Apostle Segun Obadje 25 October 2024: The Word of God’s Grace

Leverage Devotional For Today Message:

God is called the God of all grace (1 Peter 5:10). Grace is unmerited favor, but much more than that, grace refers to the multifaceted and multidimensional provision and resources of God made available to man. In Hebrews 4:16, the throne of God is called the throne of grace. Acts 20:32 calls the Word of God the Word of His grace. The grace of God is released through His Word. Whether it is grace for salvation, grace for healing, grace for marital success, or grace for financial prosperity, all can be received through the Word of God. The Lord Jesus is the Word of God made flesh, and John 1:14 tells us that He, being the Word of God, “…is full of grace and truth”. Verse 16 says, “It is of His fullness that we’ve received grace upon grace”. This shows us that God’s grace is resident in His Word, and if you desire to experience His grace, then you must embrace and receive His Word.

Receiving God’s grace begins with receiving His Word. The Word is the container of God’s grace. God’s Word always comes with an enabling grace to fulfill itself. Whatever God’s Word says to you in any area of life, therein is the grace to accomplish itself. For example, God’s Word concerning healing carries healing grace, and His Word concerning prosperity carries prosperity grace. No Word from God is void of performing grace. Receive grace today as you receive God’s Word with simplicity and meekness. Beloved, the grace you need for life and living is wrapped up in God’s Word for you. As you meditate and receive God’s Word, His grace is unveiled to make you a wonder in the earth.

MY SOLID FRONT (CONFESSION)
Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your Word of grace. I receive Your Word today and my life is filled with Your grace as I let Your Word fill my entire life, in Jesus’ Name. AMEN.

Further Meditation: Psalm 45:2; Proverbs 1:8‐9
