Leverage Devotional For Today Message:

God created man on the sixth day having created everything for him to enjoy. He then set man as the manager of the earth. He gave man the charge to keep and tend the garden, so that nothing will spin out of his control. Management is the key to replenishing the earth. God wanted him to use the resources in the earth, but He never intended for man to use them up. God intended for wastes to be recycled and then turned into wealth. This is God’s idea of management – replenishing the earth.

In everything God has given you, a portion is meant for the replenishing of that which has been used. In every provision that comes your way, there is a seed to replenish itself. In every bread there is a seed. “For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater” (Isa. 55:10). If you eat up your seed, you can’t replenish it. You must learn the simple art of management, which is separating your seed from your bread. Sow your seed and eat your bread, and not vice versa. The provisions of God are meant to be restored, revived, and reinstated; they are not meant to be used up. This principle of replenishing also applies to your strength. Use your strength but don’t use it up. You are to work and rest to regain strength, not work, work and work to break down. This is called replenishing. It is the principle of the Sabbath (rest). It is God’s design for recreation. God expects you to go on vacation and recreate for vibrancy and vitality.

I declare that I understand times and seasons. I know when to work and when to rest. I believe God’s Word and I know that the works of my hands are blessed. Grace and favour work for me; I do not put my trust in my labour. I am replenished and I replenish the resources God has given me, in Jesus Name. AMEN.
