Leverage Devotional For Today Message:

It’s a new month. God’s tender mercies are new this month. It’s time to believe God for new things, for He is the God of new things. God is interested in doing new things for His people to stir their hopes alive and to reveal His glory in their lives. To not expect God’s new wonders is to be forgetful of His ability to do new things. Many of God’s people are oblivious of the principle of newness by which God works new wonders in their lives. Often, when we come to God with our needs, He demands seeds from us. Your seed is your future; it is the carrier of your hopes for tomorrow. Except a corn of wheat falls to the ground and dies (or is sown) it cannot come alive with fruitfulness (John 12:24). Your seed secures and creates your future. This new month, you need to locate the right seed that will create your expectations and cause your hopes to come alive again. God is always in the business of blessing our seeds sown, not those yet unsown.

The Word of God is the seed (Luke 8:11), meaning that whatever God says to do per time is the required seed to create your expectation in this new month. It may be serving in church in a special way or serving your pastor (waiting on him or her), or giving your money/service to help the poor, or serving as a volunteer in somebody else’s business outfit, or giving to a church project or preparing for some professional exams, etc. The point is, whatever God says to do is the required seed to create your desired harvest in this new season of your life. Beloved, God is the God of increase, but He always increases your seed sown. He blesses obedience, not disobedience. Be a doer of God’s Word and you’ll see your expectations come to pass right before your very eyes. As the earth remains, seed time and harvest shall not cease.

MY SOLID FRONT (CONFESSION):

Heavenly Father, I thank You for my seed sown is blessed and the fruit of my righteousness is increased. I give and it is given back to me, good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, men give to my bosom, as I continue in well doing in Jesus’ Name. AMEN.
