Seeds Of Destiny For Today 2024 MESSAGE:

It has been established that who you hang with determines what hangs on you. Association brings assimilation.

When you associate with someone, after a while, you begin to look like them, talk like them or act like them. That is why those who spend time with God assimilate the Character and Nature of God.

When you camp or spend time with God, you acquire the Nature and Character of God, and when you acquire the Nature of God, you stand out in life. Those who camp or spend time with God stand out from the rest of the people.

Now, what are the benefits of waiting on God?

i. Waiting on the Lord is key to supernatural strength.

They that wait on the Lord shall renew their strength (Isaiah 40:31).
You gain strength when you wait on the Lord. You become stronger spiritually when you hang around God. You are not permitted to be a victim of weakness if you wait on the Lord.
There is a song we usually sing many years ago. The song says,

We have come to thee O Lord (2x).
We have come to the Father.
We have come to renew strength.

When you come to God, you move from one level of spiritual strength to another.
So, waiting on the Lord is key to supernatural strength.

ii. Waiting on the Lord is key to Divine health.

Waiting on the Lord is vital to the renewal of your health. To wait on the Lord is like going to the mechanic workshop to have your car serviced. Just as we go to the mechanic workshop to service our car by removing stale or bad engine oil, when you go to God, He services your life by removing sickness, afflictions and diseases.

Look at what happened to Moses after he had stayed with God for a long time.

Deuteronomy 34:7 says,
And Moses was an hundred and twenty years old when he died: his eye was not dim, nor his natural force abated.

As a result of staying with God, his eyes were not dim, and his natural force was not abated. He tarried with God and every sickness or disease was cleaned out of his system.

Beloved, when you camp with God, you don’t only renew strength; you also renew your health.

Remember this: When you camp with God, you don’t only renew strength; you also renew your health.

ASSIGNMENT:

  1. Make up your mind to spend time with God at the place of prayer.
  2. Remain with God until you renew your strength and revitalize your health.

PRAYER: Lord, I receive the grace and discipline to camp with You. Deliver me from the attitude of laziness and indiscipline to prayer, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

Rhapsody Of Realities 11 March 2024 By Pastor Chris Oyakhilome (Christ Embassy): Your Divine Assignment

TOPIC: It’s All In Your Spirit (Rhapsody of Realities 10 March 2024)

A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh (Luke 6:45).

Rhapsody Of Realities For Today MESSAGE:

Your heart, which is the recreated human spirit is God’s temple: His dwelling place. That’s where the Kingdom of God is (Luke 17:20-21). And it’s through your spirit that you make contact with God, for God is a Spirit. It’s the reason you must educate your spirit and guard it with all diligence: “Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life” (Proverbs 4:23).

Everything you require for your life is in your heart; therefore, learn to live from your heart. When you live from your heart, you won’t be bothered about the happenings outside; your experiences won’t determine your response to situations. You’ll live above inflation and economic crisis because you’ve learnt how to enjoy your prosperity and turn it on from within you.

Ecclesiastes 3:11 says, “He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart….” God has set everything, including the world in your heart. This shouldn’t be difficult for you to relate with because God is bigger than the world, and yet, He lives in your heart. Glory to God!

Therefore, as a child of God, see and live from your heart. What you see with your heart is more real than what you see with your physical eyes. 2 Corinthians 4:18 says, “While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.”

Seeing with your heart means envisioning and apprehending the realities of the Gospel and of the Kingdom with your spirit. Hallelujah! It reminds of what Isaiah prophesied in Isaiah 12:3, “Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.” Where are these wells? They’re in the deep recesses of your heart! The finest and most important things of life—the eternal things—are all in your heart; therefore, live from within.

CONFESSION

The life and nature of God are in my spirit; the divine transformation and glory evident in my soul and body are the result of the impact and influence of the life and nature of God in my spirit. I’m set on high; established in glory, righteousness, prosperity and peace because I live from within. Hallelujah!

FURTHER STUDY:

Ecclesiastes 3:11 AMPC – He has made everything beautiful in its time. He also has planted eternity in men’s hearts and minds [a divinely implanted sense of a purpose working through the ages which nothing under the sun but God alone can satisfy], yet so that men cannot find out what God has done from the beginning to the end.

Matthew 12:33-36; Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by [his] fruit. 34 O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. 35 A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. 36 But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.

The Daily Fountain Devotional of the Church Of Nigeria (Anglican Communion) 10 March 2024 – Ruth: The Virtuous Daughter In- Law

TOPIC — Ruth: The Virtuous Daughter In- Law

READ: Ruth 1:1- 22

1 Now it came to pass, in the days when the judges ruled, that there was a famine in the land. And a certain man of Bethlehem, Judah, went to dwell in the country of Moab, he and his wife and his two sons.

2 The name of the man was Elimelech, the name of his wife was Naomi, and the names of his two sons were Mahlon and Chilion—Ephrathites of Bethlehem, Judah. And they went to the country of Moab and remained there.

3 Then Elimelech, Naomi’s husband, died; and she was left, and her two sons.

4 Now they took wives of the women of Moab: the name of the one was Orpah, and the name of the other Ruth. And they dwelt there about ten years.

5 Then both Mahlon and Chilion also died; so the woman survived her two sons and her husband.

6 Then she arose with her daughters-in-law that she might return from the country of Moab, for she had heard in the country of Moab that the Lord had visited His people by giving them bread.

7 Therefore she went out from the place where she was, and her two daughters-in-law with her; and they went on the way to return to the land of Judah.

8 And Naomi said to her two daughters-in-law, “Go, return each to her mother’s house. The Lord deal kindly with you, as you have dealt with the dead and with me.

9 The Lord grant that you may find rest, each in the house of her husband.”
So she kissed them, and they lifted up their voices and wept.

10 And they said to her, “Surely we will return with you to your people.”

11 But Naomi said, “Turn back, my daughters; why will you go with me? Are there still sons in my womb, that they may be your husbands?

12 Turn back, my daughters, go—for I am too old to have a husband. If I should say I have hope, if I should have a husband tonight and should also bear sons,

13 would you wait for them till they were grown? Would you restrain yourselves from having husbands? No, my daughters; for it grieves me very much for your sakes that the hand of the Lord has gone out against me!”

14 Then they lifted up their voices and wept again; and Orpah kissed her mother-in-law, but Ruth clung to her.

15 And she said, “Look, your sister-in-law has gone back to her people and to her gods; return after your sister-in-law.”

16 But Ruth said: “Entreat me not to leave you, Or to turn back from following after you; For wherever you go, I will go; And wherever you lodge, I will lodge; Your people shall be my people, And your God, my God.

17 Where you die, I will die, And there will I be buried. The Lord do so to me, and more also, If anything but death parts you and me.”

18 When she saw that she was determined to go with her, she stopped speaking to her.

19 Now the two of them went until they came to Bethlehem. And it happened, when they had come to Bethlehem, that all the city was excited because of them; and the women said, “Is this Naomi?”

20 But she said to them, “Do not call me Naomi; call me Mara, for the Almighty has dealt very bitterly with me.

21 I went out full, and the Lord has brought me home again empty. Why do you call me Naomi, since the Lord has testified against me, and the Almighty has afflicted me?”

22 So Naomi returned, and Ruth the Moabitess her daughter-in-law with her, who returned from the country of Moab. Now they came to Bethlehem at the beginning of barley harvest.

Andrew Wommack Devotional 10 March 2024 – God Answers Every Prayer

Topic: God Answers Every Prayer

Matthew 7:7, “Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:”

Prayer which meets the requirements outlined in God’s Word is always answered. Many times we don’t perceive the answer because it always comes in the spiritual realm first before it is manifested in the physical realm. If we waver from our confident faith, then we abort the manifestation of that answer (Jas. 1:6-7; Heb. 10:35). But God did answer. Everyone who asks receives.

In the book of Daniel chapter 9, Daniel prayed a prayer and waited a relatively short period of time to see his answer to prayer. In less than three minutes the angel Gabriel appeared and answered all of his questions.

This same man prayed another prayer in Daniel chapter 10, but this time it took three weeks before he had an angelic messenger come and answer his questions. What was the difference? Most people believe that God answered one prayer in three minutes and the next prayer in three weeks. But Daniel 10:12, says “from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand,…thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words.” Satan had hindered the second prayer from reaching Daniel. God was not the variable. God answers every prayer.

This is confirmed in Matthew 7:8, which says that everyone who asks receives, he that seeks will find, to him that knocks it is opened. God answers, but Satan can hinder our prayers in the spiritual realm before they ever physically manifest. If we understand that God gives the answer and that Satan is the one hindering, the truths of these scriptures will encourage us. God does answer prayer.

God is always answering your prayer. If you haven’t seen it manifest, don’t doubt God, but recognize that you’re fighting an enemy, and persevere. Stand on your faith. Pray without ceasing until you see the answer.
